Delta Co. man pleads to assault charge
An Escanaba man was in Delta County Circuit Court today in connection with a felonious assault in Wells Township. 31 year old Jeffrey Dickerson pled guilty to one count of Larceny of Person. That carries a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison.
Dickerson also pled guilty to two counts of Possession of Analogs, which have a maximum penalty of two years in prison or a $2,000 fine.
Dickerson and another Escanaba man, Scott Wahl, were arrested in December after an incident involving an assault on a 41 year old Bark River man.
Dickerson will be sentenced on May 29th.
