NMU Volleyball has next 5 matches at home to end regular season
The Northern Michigan University Volleyball team went into last weekend with high hopes of doing some damage on the road, facing three different GLIAC opponents in three days. In all three of those matches, the Wildcats lost each one, 3-1.
With their backs now up against the wall, head coach Dominic Yoder and his team do have something positive going for them- their final five GLIAC games are at home, Vandament Arena, where the Lady Cats are 5-2 this season.
The Wildcats host Lake Superior State on Friday night and Northwood University on Saturday afternoon, two teams that NMU swept on the road earlier this season. NMU currently sits 3rd in the GLIAC North Division with a conference record of 9-5 and an overall record of 12-11.
