15 Year Old Boy Dies in ATV Accident
A 15 year old boy is dead tonight, after a four wheeler accident in Marquette County.
The Chocolay Township police department says it happened about one this afternoon.
They received a call from a woman concerned about her 15 year old son.
The boy had gone for a ride on his 4–wheeler and failed to return home on time.
The boy’s body was found near Heidtman road.
Preliminary examination indicates the subject hit a tree causing the accident.
The boy was not wearing a helmet.
No names are being released at this time.
Also assisting Marquette County search and rescue.
The incident is under investigation.
