Trial Date & Not Guilty Plea for Bank Rob Suspect
The Iron River woman accused of robbing a bank has her trial date set in federal court.
45-year-old Kimberly Timbrook-Miller will go to trial on May 19th.
She didn’t speak at her arraignment this morning, so her attorney entered a not guilty plea for her.
She’s charged with robbing the Range Bank in Kingsford a month ago.
The FBI accuses Timbrook-Miller of using a plastic toy gun to steal more than $50,000.
Police arrested her the next day at her sister’s house, which is also in Kingsford.
The Bureau claims Timbrook-Miller confessed to the robbery.
FBI officials also say she confessed to another bank robbery in Wabeno, Wisconsin as well.
That robbery happened in December.
If Timbrook-Miller is found guilty, she could serve up to 25 years in prison and pay a $250,000 fine.
