Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 9/5-6

Shunk-Grey

Labor Day brought a beautiful end to the unofficial last day of the summer season. Now, there were spotty showers and that isolated chance lingers into the night. Lows will drop between the low to mid-70s, while south winds blow at 5 to 10 miles per hour.

Tuesday, the sunshine fades behind the clouds, as thunderstorm activity picks up. Highs will reach the low to mid-80s, while winds remain out of the south at 10 to 15 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, we’ll notice the wet conditions hang around, with more of the humidity and mild temps.

Low temps will dip around the mid to upper-60s, while winds lighten. Rain lingers into Wednesday, but a cooler air mass looks to heading in, so highs should be more in the mid-70s.
