Man arraigned on felony marijuana charge
MARQUETTE — The second man arrested by the Michigan State Police during a traffic stop on Sunday was arraigned Thursday morning in Marquette County District Court.
Twenty–five year old Michael Huff of Skandia is charged with one count of controlled substance, delivery and/or manufacture of marijuana. The felony charge carries a maximum of four years in prison.
Palm and another man, Twenty year–old Zebron Dahms, were both arrested during a traffic stop near M–35 and Wagon Wheel Lane in Forsyth Township just before 3:00 a.m.
Palm is due back in court for a preliminary exam on May 17th.
