Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides Come to Marquette
You may have spotted a horse and buggy riding around downtown Marquette recently.
It’s a new business catching the eyes of tourists and locals alike.
Nathaniel Luttenton, the owner of Queen City Carriages, started giving horse-drawn carriage rides around Marquette about 3 weeks ago.
He’s done carriage rides in New York for years, and he thought it would be a good thing for our area.
So far, Luttenton says the rides have been popular.
He hopes to cover weddings and special events, and he says he’ll keep going through the fall — maybe even through winter.
Queen City Carriages is usually out giving rides in the evening, or by appointment.
