Burglar sentenced to jail
A Marquette man will spend up to twenty years in jail after attempting to break into an Ishpeming business this fall.
James Haack, 33, was sentenced in Marquette County Circuit Court to two years five months to twenty years in jail after pleading guilty to breaking and entering with intent.
The Ishpeming Police Department found Haack inside Elaine’s Place in September after the silent alarm went off.
Police found the business was broken into and burglar tools were found at the scene.
