Hancock Police search for man wanted on felony charges
HANCOCK — The Hancock Police Department is searching for a man wanted on felony charges stemming from a domestic violence incident.
The man they are trying to locate is 33-year-old Donald Devon Moore. He is described as a black male with brown eyes and brown hair. He is 5’11” and weighs 185 pounds. Police also note that Moore may be armed.
The victim of the incident stated that Moore pulled a handgun from his waistband and put it to her forehead, striking her forehead with the barrel.
