Ishpeming Carneige Public Library provides help during pandemic

ISHPEMING — The Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library has set up a Librarian Hotline in order to help the public’s needs during the coronavirus pandemic.

“We thought we would let people know specifically that we would be answering phones to help people through anything that they need,” said Kelsey Boldt, Librarian for Ishpeming Carnegie Public Library. “We can gather information for them and we can help them set up their online accounts. They will have some troubleshooting right at their fingertips.”

The staff will be operating the phones Monday – Wednesday from 10AM to 1PM to answer questions and help people find key information .

The library plans on continuing this hotline service through the month of April and possibly until May. For more information, you can reach the library at 906–486–4381.
