New burger place set to open in Marquette
MARQUETTE– Fans of quality burgers in the Marquette area should have something to look forward to on Monday, when the Queen City Burger Company opens its doors.
Located on US–41, Queen City Burger took about 6 months to get ready to open.
Once open, Queen City Burger will focus on bringing the best quality between the buns.
“Our burgers are going to be the best quality meat that we can get. We’re using certified meat, proprietary blend. We’re grilling them, not on a flat top. We’re using the best bun we can get, the best veggies we can get, just the best everything we can get,” says Eric Curtis, owner of the new restaurant.
Along with providing quality burgers, menu items will include ‘pickle fries,’ which are deep–fried pickle spears, and ‘waffle waffle fries,’ which are sweet potato waffles dipped in waffle batter.
The grand opening for the restaurant is on Monday.
