Veterans getting support through golf
MARQUETTE — Summer is right around the corner and that means golfing season is here.
The Jacobetti Home for Veterans will be hosting the 23rd annual golf outing on July 13th at Red Fox Run Golf Course.
This Golf Outing will be supporting all the U.P. veterans who live at the Jacobetti Home.
“All proceeds that are earned from the golf outing go towards the member assistants funds and only to the member assistants fund. Which assist all our Veterans and people we have living here and getting the hearing, vision or emergency care or the emergent care they need,” said Ryan Engle, Director of D.J. Jacobetti Home of Veterans.
