Man arrested on charge of child sexually abusive activity enters plea
MARQUETTE — A 56 year-old man arrested on the felony charge of child sexually abuse activity entered a plea in Marquette County Circuit Court on Monday.
Todd Bartczak of Forsyth Township pleaded guilty to one charge of possessing child sexually abusive material. This charge is punishable by up to four years in prison or a $10,000 fine. All other charges were dropped as a result of the plea agreement.
Forsyth Township Police arrested Bartczak in 2016 after an investigation into the allegation that he was enticing a minor in sexually abusive activity for the purpose of producing child sexually abusive material.
He is due back in court for sentencing on January 26th, 2018.
