Marijuana charge land man behind bars
IRON MOUNTAIN — An Iron Mountain man arrested on marijuana charges was sentenced Monday in Dickinson County Circuit Court.
Edward Reid, 24, received two months in jail and 12 months probation on one count of delivery and/or manufacture of marijuana. Reid was arrested by the Iron Mountain Police Department in April.
Police found numerous marijuana plants, grow equipment, processed marijuana, and money at a Marijuana Grow Operation at a building on River Avenue in Iron Mountain. Reid originally faced two charges.
Another drug charge against him was dropped as part of a plea agreement.
