Motorcycle accident sends one to hospital
MARQUETTE– One person was taken to the hospital after an accident this afternoon.
Just before 4:00 p.m., a motorcycle collided with another vehicle on the corner of Wilkinson and Center in Marquette.
Authorities say that the accident is still under investigation, but they believe that speed is a factor in the collision. They also say that one person was taken to UP Health System – Marquette for treatment, but their condition is unknown.
