Michigan parts ways with Brady Hoke

ANN ARBOR, Mich. – The University of Michigan parted ways with head football coach Brady Hoke Tuesday afternoon. The search for Hoke’s replacement is underway according to Michigan Interim Athletic Director Jim Hackett.

In four seasons at Michigan, Hoke complied a 31-20 record. Michigan went 11-2 in his first season and they won the 2012 Sugar Bowl vs. Virginia Tech. After his first season, Hoke went 20-18 in his final three seasons.

Hackett made the decision to fire Hoke Sunday night. The university will hire a search firm to assist in hiring a new head football coach.
