NMU men’s hoops signs three players

MARQUETTE, Mich. – The Northern Michigan University men’s basketball program signed three players during the early signing period. One of the players singed by head coach Bill Sall and his staff is from right here in the Upper Peninsula.

Marquette Senior High School forward Vejas Grazulis will join the Wildcats next year. His older brother, A.J., currently plays basketball for Kevin Luke at  Michigan Tech University.

The ‘Cats also signed Kenton Mack to a National Letter of Intent. Mack is a six foot two inch guard at Jacobs High School in Algonquin, Ill. Mack will join NMU for the 2015–16 season.

The third member of the Wildcats recruiting class is Akim Nyang, a 7-foot center from Chicago. Nyang is originally from the Sudan.
