Three-car accident in Delta County injures two
DELTA COUNTY — No serious injuries were reported after a three-car accident in Delta County Tuesday morning.
The Delta County Sheriff’s Office said the accident happened just before 8 a.m. on U.S. 2 near M-69.
Two vehicles were stopped waiting for a vehicle to make a left hand turn onto 12th Road. A fourth vehicle then collided into the back of the two stopped vehicles. One driver was trapped inside a vehicle. Police say two people were transported to OSF St. Francis Hospital as a precaution.
Bark River First Responders, the Bark River Township Fire Department, Escanaba Public Safety Jaws of Life, and Rampart EMS assisted at the scene.
