Upper Peninsula Weather Forecast 8/28-29
This Thursday has been pleasant across the region, with a good amount of sunshine and comfortable temperatures. We’ll cool off quickly once the sun sets tonight, as clouds and showers begin to build. Lows for the evening are expected to drop between the mid and upper-50s, while winds become light.
Friday starts rain, with more thunder during the afternoon and evening. High temps look to top off in the upper-60s and lower-70s, with south winds blowing at 10 to 15 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, the rain continues as temperatures only cool slightly.
Lows temps will bottom out in the upper-50s and lower-60s, while south winds blow 5 to 10 miles per hour. Expect rain to be in the forecast again Saturday, which will be the beginning of what looks like a wet holiday weekend.
