It’s beginning to feel a lot like summer across Upper Michigan, with temperatures racing into the middle and upper 80s today. The warm and muggy air mass sticks around for tonight, as overnight lows drop to the low to mid-60s. Clouds increase during the night, while winds come out of the south at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Tuesday brings our next chance of rain, as a cold front makes its way into the region by the afternoon hours. Highs are expected to be cooler than Monday, with temps reaching the upper-70s and lower-80s. Strong southwest winds will blow around 10 to 20 miles per hour. Tomorrow night t’storms decrease, but showers linger as the cold front pushes through. Temps will drop between the middle and upper-50s while winds come out of the west at 10 to 20 miles per hour.
A much more comfortable air mass enters by Wednesday, bringing highs back to the upper 60s and lower 70s.
