Baseball: Ishpeming sweeps Hancock
ISHPEMING – On a very wet and sloppy evening in Ishpeming, the Blue Storm held on for two wins over Hancock, 6-2 and 10-9. Ishpeming picked up two wins in the always competitive and tight Mid Pen League Standings.
Ozzy Corp got the win on the mound in the first game for the Blue Storm. He finished the game with an RBI- a single that scored Noah Olgren in the bottom of the 5th inning.
Ishpeming is back at home Wednesday night, for another Mid Pen League game against Channing. First pitch is set for 6:30 p.m.
