Menominee man sentenced for involvement in heroin distribution
A Menominee man will spend 24 months in jail for his involvement in heroin distribution.
Eric Ebbole, 42, was sentenced Wednesday in U.S. District Court in Green Bay. Court officials say Ebbole is currently lodged in the Brown County Jail in Green Bay, and could serve his jail term there instead of in federal prison.
Ebbole pled guilty to use of a communication facility device to distribute a controlled substance in March.
Ebbole, along with eight other co-defendants–including two other men from Menominee, were accused of distributing and conspiracy to distribute, fund, and sell heroin in Menominee and northeast Wisconsin.
