Flint man in Houghton County jail on $250,000 cash bond
A Flint man is lodged in the Houghton County jail on a $250,000 cash bond after being arrested for multiple drug related charges.
Markeese Henderson, 30, faces a total of three felony charges which could land him in prison for more than 30 years.
Henderson has already been arraigned in Houghton County District Court on one count of delivering and manufacturing less than 50 grams of narcotics, one count of receiving or concealing stolen firearms and one count of committing a felony while in possession of a firearm.
The charges stem from a December UPSET investigation at 111 S. Tamarack Street in Laurium during which detectives located an active meth lab, finished meth product, a substantial amount of suspected heroin, and evidence that he was delivering narcotics.
Henderson was not arrested on scene at that time, but was shortly after in downstate Genesee County for other charges.
