Man sentenced for breaking and enterings
A Trout Lake Township man involved in breaking and enterings was sentenced Tuesday in Chippewa County Circuit Court.
Victor McMillan was sentenced to one year in jail on a receiving and concealing stolen property, between $1,000-$20,000.
He was credited for 257 days served.
McMillian and his 21-year-old son, Joshua, were arrested in June after police found several items at the McMillan’s home that had be reported missing.
Joshua is serving a year in jail for home invasion.
