Woman who fled police facing multiple charges
A 25–year–old Negaunee woman is facing several charges after allegedly fleeing the scene of an accident this weekend.
Kayleen Tresedder was arraigned in Marquette County District Court on four charges: fleeing/eluding police in the fourth degree, police officer assault resisting/obstructing, OWI, and improper transportation of medical marijuana.
Tresedder allegedly fled from police after an accident on U.S. 41 in Marquette Township Saturday. Police boxed in her vehicle at the intersection of U.S. 41 and Oak Street in Negaunee using a precision immobilization technique, causing the vehicle slide sideways.
She will be in court February 24 for preliminary and pretrial hearings.
