Woman pleads to lesser charge in B&E
An Ontonagon woman pled guilty to a lesser charge in connection to breaking into a truck stop last month.
Amy Kiaponen, 32, pled guilty to larceny in a building at a scheduling conference in Ontonagon County Circuit Court. Her original charges of breaking and entering and firearm possession during a felony were dropped.
She allegedly broke into the M-64 Truck Stop in Ontonagon in December.
Kiaponen will be sentenced February 14.
