Escanaba man arrested after traffic stop
An Escanaba man arrested after at traffic stop in Delta County is facing an embezzlement charge.
Timothy Allen Bray, 28, was arrested for financial transaction device—stealing/retaining without consent.
The Marquette City Police Department says Bray’s employer reported to police that his business had incurred financial losses. An investigation revealed that Bray was allegedly making purchases on the business credit card accounts that were not authorized.
He was arrested by Delta County Law Enforcement after a traffic stop and a record check showed Bray had a warrant for his arrest.
Bray was transported to Marquette County after it was found his bond could not be met. He’s lodged in the Marquette County Jail a 10% of $10,000 bond.
