Tailgate party planned at MTU

Michigan Tech University will host a tailgate party between the football and hockey games on Saturday, Oct. 26, beginning at 5:30 p.m. at the Student Development Center plaza.

Fans with a ticket to the hockey game or a Michigan Tech student I.D. will we admitted into the tailgate party free of charge. The tailgate party will have free food and drinks thanks to the Library Restaurant and Brew Pub and the Continental Fire Company.

In addition to the hockey game, Tech will also host the GLIAC Cross Country Championships beginning at 11 a.m., followed by the Huskies football game at 1 p.m. against Ferris State.
