Man pleads guilty in stabbing incident
An Iron Mountain man has pled guilty in connection with a stabbing incident in Dickinson County.
Erich Lindlbauer, 31, pled guilty to Possession of a Controlled Substance and Aggravated Assault as a habitual offender, second offense.
In a separate drug-related case, he pled guilty as a habitual offender, second offense to Delivery of a Controlled Substance.
Lindlbauer is accused of assaulting thirty-year-old Joseph Spade in an attack at 1008 West A Street in Iron Mountain in April.
Lindlbauer will be sentenced October 14.
