Trials set for teens involved in breaking and enterings

Trial dates have been set for two teenagers charged in connection with a ten–day crime spree in Dickinson County.

Jonathan and Jacob Mitchell, both from Williston, North Dakota, have a variety of felony and misdemeanor charges against them.  Those charges include Breaking and Entering with Intent, Larceny from a Motor Vehicle, and Unlawful Use of a Motor Vehicle.

The Mitchells are part of a group of four teenagers that are allegedly involved in a number of breaking and enterings that took place this summer from garages and vehicles in the Kingsford, Iron Mountain, and Norway areas.

Jacob has a trial scheduled for October 9; Jonathan will go to trial October 11.  Both trials will take place in Dickinson County’s Juvenile Court.
