Sixth defendant in court for drug bust
The sixth defendant arrested in an UPSET bust in Iron River was arraigned in Iron County District Court Wednesday.
Michael Walsh, of Iron River, waived his preliminary exam and was bound over to Circuit Court.
Walsh is charged as a Habitual Offender, third offense on five counts: two counts of Controlled Substance Delivery/Manufacture of Cocaine or Heroin, less than 50 grams; and three counts of Controlled Substance Delivery/Manufacture of Cocaine or Heroin, less than 25 grams.
Walsh and five others were arrested in May after UPSET recovered heroin, illegal mushrooms and other drugs at a home in Iron River.
