Iron River drug bust defendants in court
Five of the six defendants arrested in an UPSET bust in Iron River were arraigned Iron County Circuit Court Tuesday
Joseph Baclich of Iron River is charged as a habitual offender, second offense with one count of Possession of Analogs, six additional counts of Possession of Analogs and one count of Maintaining a Drug House.
In another case, Baclich is charged with two counts of Controlled Substance, Delivery of Cocaine, also as a Habitual Offender, second offense.
Cami Fittante of Iron River is charged with three counts: Controlled Substance Heroin, Controlled Substance Use of Narcotics/Cocaine and Marijuana Possession.
Amy Marcell of Iron River is charged with four counts of Controlled Substance, Delivery Manufacture Schedule 1, 2, 3.
Rhonda Nichols of Caspian is facing two counts of Controlled Substance, Delivery/Manufacture. She is being charged as a Habitual Offender, fourth offense.
Elizabeth Clements of Caspian is facing eleven counts of Controlled Substance, Delivery/Manufacture Schedule 1, 2, 3 except Marijuana.
A sixth person, Michael Walsh, will be in court Wednesday.
The five defendants will be in court in July for a pre-trial conference.
They were arrested on May 22 after UPSET recovered more than four grams of heroin, along with illegal mushrooms, marijuana, illegal prescription drugs, drug packaging and distribution and $1,600 in cash at Baclich’s home.
