Iron River man faces CSC charges
Criminal sexual conduct charges have been filed against an Iron River man.
Dennis Allan Johnson, 54, was arraigned today in Iron County District Court on three felonies of CSC involving a person under the age of 13.
In the first felony, Johnson is charged with two counts of criminal sexual conduct: one first degree and one second degree.
A second felony charge against him is a second degree count of CSC.
The third felony is two county of criminal sexual conduct: one first degree, one second degree.
Johnson’s bond is set at $50,000 cash. He is scheduled for a preliminary exam March 4.
