Alternatives to Anger series held in Marquette
The Michigan State University Extension held the first in a four part series called Alternatives to Anger at the Peter White Public Library in Marquette Thursday night.
Each of the four sessions talk about a different topic related to anger and stress. The topic Thursday night was called “Dealing with Anger and Stress”, where people were given tools on how to deal with both issues.
Each session teaches people to manage everyday stressors and identify things that can cause anger.
The next meeting will be on January 17. For more information on the Alternatives to Anger series, you can call the MSU Extension in Negaunee at (906) 475-5731, or visit their website, msue.msu.edu and search ‘anger management’.
