Visual Textures opens December 4

The City of Marquette Arts and Culture Center and Lake Superior Art Association are proud to present the new gallery exhibition, Visual Textures. This exhibition will be on display from December 4, 2012 through January 4, 2013.  An opening reception for the show will be held on the evening of Thursday, December 6, from 6:00-8:00 p.m.

The exhibit features photographic images by Upper Peninsula native, Cindy Larson.
The work reflects images concentrating on a variety of subject matter. Larson received the ‘Best of Show’ award in the 2010 Lake Superior Art Association Member Show, which inspired her to pursue her first solo show.
