Tech's Anderson Qualifies for Track National Championships

Michigan Tech’s Dylan Anderson qualified for the NCAA Div. II Track and Field Championships after running a school-record time of 1:51.02 in the 800-meter run at the Dr. Keeler Twilight Meet Friday (May 11). His time currently ranks ninth in Div. II.
Tech had three other student-athletes compete at the GVSU Second to Last Chance Meet.
Molly Wiltzius threw a school record of 146-11 in the discus to finish sixth. She currently ranks 35th in Div. II.
Quinn Parnell ran a time of 10.8 in the prelims of the 100 and 10.77 in the finals to finish tied for fourth. He is currently ranked tied for 35th in the nation in Div. II.
Nate Saliga finished eighth in the 400 hurdles in 55.11.
