New Studios for MTU Radio Station
It took money, time and creativity to re–vamp one department at Michigan Tech.
Students at Tech’s campus radio station have always sounded good, but now they’re looking good, too.
After a stylish makeover, WMTU re-opened to the public today to show its new look.
the studio is located in wadsworths hall in houghton and is completely staffed and managed by students at michigan tech.
Mas Nestorowich, general manager of WMTU, says the renovation cost about $27,000.
The new studio was unveiled for the first time during Tech’s Winter Carnival.
