Bark River-Harris Bomb Threat Investigation
Police are still investigating the bomb threat that evacuated Bark River–Harris Middle and High School on Friday.
Menominee County Sheriff Kenny Marks says there are no suspects at this point, but he says he’s confident that whoever made the threat will be caught.
Shortly after 10 Central time Friday morning, a student found a bomb threat written on a bathroom wall.
School officials called 911.
students, faculty and staff moved to a safe area, and a bomb–sniffing dog from Escanaba Public Safety searched the school property.
The canine unit did not find any evidence of a bomb, or of bomb–making materials.
