Bank Robbery Suspect Back in U.P.
The suspect in the Chocolay Township bank robbery from last month has returned to Marquette County.
Justin McLean of Cheboygan has been extradited back to the area by U.S. Marshals and is now being held in the Marquette County Jail.
He has a preliminary hearing in U.S. District Court in Marquette tomorrow morning.
McLean is accused of robbing the Northern Michigan Bank and Trust in Harvey back on October 12th.
He drove to the state of Wyoming with his wife and daughter before he was caught four days later.
McLean also has three charges pending against him in state court from Cheboygan County — larceny from a building, uttering and publishing and absconding from justice.
