Boil-Water Advisory Still On in Ishpeming

Parts of Ishpeming are still under a boil–water advisory tonight after a water main break on Friday.

The break happened at the intersection of Bluff and South Pine Streets, near the Pioneer Bluff Apartments.

The 1–foot–diameter water main is a major distribution line for the south side of Ishpeming.

The boil-water advisory for South Pine Street, between Division and Middle Streets, is in place until 5pm tomorrow.

The Ishpeming DPW says water discoloration issues in that affected area should be solved by now.
