Sands Township ORV Wreck
The Marquette County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an ORV accident in Sands Township.
The accident was reported about 3:30 this afternoon.
A police official says a woman walking in the woods behind Lake Superior Christian Church on M–553 came across the crash scene.
An individual who had been riding along a trail apparently crashed the machine and ended up with a head injury.
A crew from Sands Township EMS was dispatched to the scene.
