UPDATE: Sink hole opens on local road
UPDATE — Tuesday October 18th, 2016 8:30 a.m. EDT
Officials report that the sink hole on Groveland Mine Road was caused by a culvert failure near the intersection of Hansen Road. The road will be completely closed until crews are able to fix the damage.
FELCH — A sink hole will be disrupting traffic on one Dickinson County road this morning.
Dickinson County Sheriff’s Deputies report that traffic along Groveland Mine Road in Felch is being shut down while repairs are being made. The sink hole is located near Hansen Road. Those who live along the road are asked to use extreme caution when driving through the area.
The hole is being marked with warning signs.
