More showers and thunder to end the week
Rain invited itself in again Thursday afternoon, with partly sunny skies and comfortable temps. Tonight, showers and storms will be in the forecast again, as our milder air mass remains in place. Lows will drop to the mid and upper-50s, while winds lighten.
Friday, rain looks to be a better possibility during the early morning and evening hours, with spotty showers during the afternoon. Highs will rise to the mid and upper-70s, while southeast winds blow at 5 to 15 miles per hour. Tomorrow night, shower/t’storm activity increases bringing heavier rain throughout the region. Low temps will fall between the upper-50s to lower-60s, while southeast winds continue at 5 to 10 miles per hour.
Saturday, starts the holiday weekend off on a wet note, with more rain expected into Sunday.
