Trial dates set for Ishpeming meth lab suspect
MARQUETTE — An Ishpeming meth lab suspect is scheduled to go to trial in May in connection with a case that left two police officers injured.
Steven Greenleaf, 29, has a final pretrial conference scheduled for May 11th and trial dates of May 19th through the 21st.
He’s charged with delivery and manufacture of meth, operation or possession of a meth lab or meth lab equipment, and conspiracy to manufacture meth.
Greenleaf was arrested in connection with a meth lab on Maurice Street in Ishpeming a few days before Christmas. Two Ishpeming Police officers were hospitalized during the bust after falling ill from the fumes.
Two more suspects from that same bust will appear in court next week. Richard Ellingsen, 24, of Marquette and Juliane Bradbury, 32, of Negaunee are both charged with conspiracy to deliver meth or ecstasy. They both have preliminary exams in 96th District Court in Ishpeming scheduled for February 3rd.
