4+ Years in Prison for Iron Mountain Robberies
A former Iron Mountain man will go to prison for at least 4 years for unarmed robberies in the city.
20-year-old Anthony Robinson has also been ordered to pay restitution to the victims.
In between Robinson learning what his sentence would be and the sentencing hearing getting adjourned, he cut loose with a string of obscenities at the judge and at corrections officers.
Robinson had to be removed from the courtroom.
The robberies happened last August.
Her and 20-year-old Miles Wilson entered 2 homes, attacked the residents and took money from them.
Robinson fled the area afterward.
Police in Davenport, Iowa found him and brought him back to the U.P. in December.
Wilson is serving 5 to 15 years for the unarmed robberies, habitual offender status and a parole violation.
