Bulk Food Charities See Growing Need

With the economy shaky and affecting almost everyone, many groups are seeing the effects.

The non-profit group, Project SHARE, offers bulk meals to families at a reduced price.

The organization has 14 sites across the U.P.

And based on recent turnout, the effects of the economy have taken a toll, site to site.

Although organizers say there’s an increase in need, there’s also been an increase in others noticing and wanting to help.

SHARE’s next order date for ‘SHARE The Season’, a Thanksgiving meal deal, is this coming Tuesday for November 21st pickup.
