56-year-old Terry Langenberg had been facing 20 criminal counts.
He’s pleaded to 1 count of uttering and publishing, and 7 counts of funeral contract fraud by conversion.
He’ll have to pay restitution on all cases that prosecutors knew about by July 13th.
The prosecutor’s office says they estimate there are more than 50 victims.
Langenberg’s sentencing is scheduled for September 9th.
State Police from the Iron River Post arrested him around last Thanksgiving.
He served 60 days in jail for a case from last year where he pleaded guilty to 4 counts of violating funeral contract rules.
