Hit and run driver ordered to pay fines
An Ishpeming woman involved in a hit and run incident in last month had two counts nollied at her pre–trial conference Tuesday.
Heather Arseneau, 32, pled guilty to one count of Driving without Insurance and was ordered to pay $475 in court fees. Two other counts, Failure to Report an Accident and Unlawful Use of a License Plate were nollied.
Police say Arsenau was traveling westbound on County Road in Negaunee on July 14 when she lost control of the vehicle, left the roadway, hit a fence and some decorative rock.
