Search for forgery suspect continues
Michigan State Police from the Calumet Post are still searching for a woman, wanted on several felony charges, who has not been seen since November.
32–year–old Christina Gagnon of Calumet is still on the run.
She and her 11–year–old son were last seen fleeing her home on Thanksgiving night along with 30–year–old Raymond Ojala, Jr. of Hubbell.
Ojala has since turned himself in.
The boy has not been back to school since the incident, and the State Police say he’s considered a missing endangered child.
Gagnon may have been spotted in the Green Bay area.
She’s wanted on several felony counts of uttering and publishing and forgery of checks.
Police say she may have passed a bad check, or checks, under her maiden name, Christina Stark.
If you have information that can help police find her, or her son, call the Calumet State Police Post at (906) 337-5145.
