Land Conservancy receives grant
The Upper Peninsula Land Conservancy has received a $2,000 donation from the Hamilton Family Foundation of Wisconsin for the purchase of land for preservation.
The UPLC promotes the permanent legal protection of the conservation values of natural, forest, agricultural, recreational, and scenic lands in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula
through the use of conservation easements, land donations, and education.
